Spectrum Annual Contemporary Art Show

Rittenhouse Studio is a participant in the 2022 Carriage Barn Arts Center’s juried annual exhibition and fundraiser. We have two pieces on exhibition from April 29, 2022 - May 22, 2022, one made by Derek Freres and another by Jack Ziolkowski. Both are depicted below.

From Carriage Barn, “Spectrum is a juried exhibition of original, contemporary artwork by local and regional artists in all media made within the past two years. Guest juror James Barron, a specialist in modern and contemporary American and European art, reviewed original works in all media speak to the theme of RENEWAL.

“Renewal is the driving force in life — an essential process in nature, relationships, well-being and spirituality.  The exhibit will take viewers on a visual journey, revealing how artists have experienced the challenges and upheavals of recent events, and expressions of renewal and hope for the future.” James Barron, the exhibit juror stated, “The theme of renewal has added importance this year, as our world continues to deal with the repercussions of Covid, and now the war in Ukraine. The arts are an important source of regeneration and healing.”
